The Challenge
EduPath Academy offers professional development and certification courses online. Despite a strong course catalogue, their digital marketing was generating high traffic but very low enrolments. Google Ads were sending clicks to the homepage rather than targeted landing pages, leading to poor quality scores and wasted spend. Facebook campaigns were running broad interest targeting with generic creatives that weren't communicating course outcomes. The checkout and enrolment flow had multiple drop-off points with no retargeting in place to recover abandoned sign-ups.
Our Approach
We restructured Google Ads into tightly themed ad groups per course category, each linking to a dedicated landing page with the course curriculum, instructor credentials, student outcomes, and a single CTA. Facebook campaigns were rebuilt around custom audience segments — retargeting website visitors, lookalikes of past enrolees, and interest-based prospecting with testimonial-led creatives. A post-click email nurture sequence was set up for leads who hadn't enrolled within 48 hours, addressing common objections and reinforcing course value.
