The Challenge
Before the collaboration, FNI Air had limited digital infrastructure to support business growth and customer acquisition online. Unstructured Brand Identity The company lacked a consistent visual identity, making it difficult to establish a strong and recognizable brand presence. Low Online Visibility Their previous digital presence did not effectively showcase services or appear prominently in search results. Limited Service Communication Website content did not clearly explain the pest control process or the benefits of their eco-friendly solutions. No Optimized Lead Generation Potential customers had no streamlined way to request quotes or contact the company through the website.
Our Approach
We rolled out a multi-phase optimization and advertising strategy: Phase 1 Migrated the website from OpenCart to WordPress/WooCommerce with custom UI/UX, improved product organization, mega menu, and mobile-first performance. Phase 2 Recently transitioned the store from WooCommerce to Shopify to ensure better scalability, speed, security, and reliability, enhancing the user experience and backend management. SEO Strategy Implemented site-wide optimization including technical SEO, on-page enhancements, local schema, and product-level SEO. Google Ads Campaigns Launched and managed Shopping and Search ads targeting local and niche sports segments. Conversion-Focused Design Designed new homepage, banners, and product templates to boost AOV and reduce bounce rates. Social Media & Content Created visually aligned content for promotions, new arrivals, and engagement.
