The Challenge
TechFlow is a B2B workflow automation SaaS targeting operations teams at mid-market companies. Their previous marketing efforts had generated low-quality leads through broad targeting, and their MQL-to-SQL conversion rate was poor. The website's landing pages had high bounce rates and the free trial CTA wasn't converting at anywhere near industry benchmarks. LinkedIn Ads had been attempted but without proper audience segmentation or creative testing, resulting in high CPCs and minimal return. Content was being published sporadically with no keyword strategy or conversion funnel thinking behind it.
Our Approach
We restructured LinkedIn Ads campaigns with tightly segmented audiences by job title, company size, and industry vertical — building separate creatives for operations managers vs. C-suite decision-makers. Landing pages were rebuilt with CRO best practices: above-fold value proposition, social proof, and a frictionless free trial sign-up. An SEO content programme was launched targeting bottom-of-funnel keywords ('workflow automation software for operations teams', 'project handoff tool for agencies') with conversion-focused articles linked to trial sign-up CTAs.
